CPS Inc. is seeking a DC/DB Combo Plan Administrator to oversee the administration of both defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans for clients. This remote role supports clients across the country.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with IRS/ERISA regulations, prepare Form 5500 and Form 1099-R, and collaborate with actuaries to maintain seamless plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plans adhere to IRS and ERISA regulations.
• Prepare and file required forms, such as Form 5500 and Form 1099-R.
• Monitor plan contribution limits and perform necessary testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), etc.).
• Review plan documents/SPD’s to consult with plan sponsors as needed.
• Collaborate with actuaries to ensure seamless plan administration.
