A leading professional services firm is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant to join their team. This position allows for 100% remote work. The consultant will administer 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance and advising clients on eligibility and enrollment processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar experience, along with strong skills in plan design and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or 5 years' experience in the defined contribution industry.
• Experience in plan design, compliance, and ADP/ACP/Top Heavy Testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administers 401(k) new plan set ups for multiple employers and ensures compliance with applicable laws.
• Conducts meetings with clients to discuss and implement the steps involving the transitioning of 401(k) plans.
• Ensures employee 401(k) records are kept up to date for new enrollments and deferral changes in all applicable systems.
