Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in written form, remotely and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and able to articulate decisions clearly. This flexible, remote opportunity offers pay per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues and rationale.
