Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve AI reasoning and performance.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, rate adherence and quality, and contribute precise, evidence-based feedback from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic scenarios in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing an English explanation of your observations.
