Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, engage in live conversations with an AI voice model, and score each exchange. You will compare generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence and explain issues in writing, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail, able to articulate reasons clearly. Remote work available.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversation.
Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
Ability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based English conversation with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-visual mismatches.
Rating outputs and writing explanations in English detailing findings.
