Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, then provide written explanations in English. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with flexible hours and weekly payments as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on details.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for errors like distorted visuals, misaligned audio, or text artifacts.
• Writing clear, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
