Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with compensation up to $18 per hour plus incentives. Responsibilities include ranking responses for naturalness and usefulness, evaluating AI-produced media, and providing precise explanations that improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing written explanations in English that pinpoint what you saw or heard.
