AWeber is hiring a senior Engineering Team Lead for a fully remote role across the United States. You will lead a small, high‑performing engineering team that designs agentic systems, reviews agent output, and ships critical improvements without sacrificing code quality.

You’ll stay hands‑on, run 1:1s, interview and evaluate candidates, and own delivery milestones while mentoring engineers to grow their careers in a fast‑paced AI‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on software engineering roles with backend or frontend focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from inside the work, stay hands-on, and measure success by team output.
• Drive action, ship dated solutions, and prevent recurring problems.
• Maintain verification and trust as throughput in an AI-first org.
• Make people decisions and own outcomes with mentorship.
• Set standards and advocate for the team across the organization.
• Communicate openly with engineers, peers, product partners, and leadership.
