Job summary

Ellsworth Adhesives, part of Ellsworth Corporation, seeks an Engineering Sales Representative to drive technical sales within NJ/PA territories. This remotely-based role partners with customers' engineering teams to specify and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions.

You will establish relationships across purchasing, engineering and manufacturing, pursue new business, and travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications

• Residence within NJ or PA sales territory is required.
• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in specialty chemicals.
• Bachelor of Science degree required, technical or business field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily use.
• Maintains automobile insurance meeting Ellsworth policy requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Demonstrates integrity, customer service, collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage customer applications, coordinate testing with customers.
• Build professional relationships across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Participate in meetings to maintain technical knowledge and territory management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
