Ellsworth Adhesives, part of Ellsworth Corporation, is seeking an Engineering Sales Representative to drive the sales process for an assigned territory while collaborating with customers’ engineering teams to specify and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial sales, a technical or business degree, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within New Jersey or Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in the specialty chemical market.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (daily, some overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Identify and present engineered solutions for customer applications and coordinate testing.
• Establish professional relationships with purchasers, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure customer needs are addressed.
• Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets in the territory.
• Maintain technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and manage the territory effectively.
