Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter for remote work with night shifts to align with US time zones. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing engineering positions, including manufacturing or supplier quality roles.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage with global stakeholders, and maintain pipelines and dashboards to support ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience for engineering roles.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US TZ.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed.
• Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates against requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical needs.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess fit for role.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing needs.
• Ensure timely closure with quality hires.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, especially US teams.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
