Job summary

Real Time Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter-Engineering to drive sourcing, screening, and placement for engineering project staffing. You will manage full-desk delivery, coordinate client interviews, negotiations, and offers, while maintaining accurate ATS records.

You will build strong candidate pipelines in Engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Verification and Validation, Mechanical, Hardware) and collaborate with HR to move candidates through Hiring processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years recruiting for technical roles across engineering fields.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience recruiting Engineering disciplines is highly preferred.
Knowledge of ATS usage (CATS) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
Coordinate client interviews and manage interview schedules.
Negotiate compensation and present job offers to candidates.
Maintain clear ATS records and candidate progress tracking.
Develop a network of engineering candidates and referrals.
Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
