Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience in oil & gas, power generation or utilities; exposure to heavy industrial engineering projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and ISO 9001.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong MS Office and enterprise software skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and control principles.
• Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication; able to interact at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to priorities.
• PMP Certification is desirable but not required.
• Experience leading engineering/design teams in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Management System to create engagement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate cross-region collaboration to align processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality in design and development.
• Develop training materials and conduct quality training sessions.
• Lead process improvements and templates used by project teams.
• Manage audits across projects to gauge standards adherence.
• Conduct regular audits and identify improvement opportunities with corrective actions.
• Establish and track KPIs; present findings to stakeholders.
• Interface with suppliers to establish quality requirements and perform supplier assessments.
• Prepare monthly quality compliance reports for engineering management.
• Solicit feedback on the QMS and revise as needed.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints and implement preventive actions.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
