The candidate will direct resources, recruit staff, set goals, and ensure quality standards while maintaining safety culture and collaboration across disciplines. Strong leadership and engineering software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 15 years in heavy industrial engineering consulting or similar.
• Experience leading engineering and design teams.
• Experience developing resources and work sharing with high-value centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all electrical department activities across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and act as liaison with customers.
• Recruiting, onboarding and performance management of staff.
• Develop and implement department policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Orbital QMS and safety requirements.
