TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple plants, improving reliability, capacity, safety and efficiency. You will manage site master plans, budgets and multi‑site deliverables, interfacing with OEMs and contractors.

Require a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3–5 years of capital project management, and strong leadership with SAP experience. Remote work from near major airports (Chicago/Atlanta/Dallas) is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; PM certification preferred.
• 3–5 years capital project management experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects totaling ~US$6M per year.
• Proven KPI improvements: cost, uptime, material loss.
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and食品 processing tech.

Responsabilités

• Lead capital project planning and execution across sites.
• Develop 2–3 year capital master plans aligned with priorities.
• Prepare scopes, estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Oversee design, procurement, scheduling, construction, validation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure food safety, quality, environmental, health, safety compliance.
