Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple facilities. You will oversee site master plans, capital budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3–5 years in capital project management, and experience managing roughly $6M annually. You will mentor teams, interface with contractors and OEMs, and drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years in capital project management in food manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing ~$6M in capital projects annually.
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and food processing tech.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project portfolio and site master plans.
• Oversee design, procurement, scheduling, construction, and closeout.
• Interface with suppliers, contractors, and regulators.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost savings and reliability improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship and lead site teams.
