Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives that improve plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency across multiple facilities. You will oversee site master plans, manage capital budgets, and ensure on-time, in-scope project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of capital project management experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of sanitary equipment design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects totaling ~ $6M/year.
• Proven record of cost reductions and uptime improvements.
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and technology.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
• PM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of site master plans for multiple facilities.
• Develop project scopes, screening estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Manage capital project execution across design, procurement, scheduling, construction, validation and closeout.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, OEMs, contractors, and government agencies.
• Support site maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis where needed.
