Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives that improve plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency across multiple facilities.

You will manage site master plans, budgets, and project delivery from concept through closeout. The role requires 3–5 years of capital project management in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent capital projects totaling ~US$6M per year.
• Track record of driving improvements in KPIs (cost reduction, uptime, material loss).
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and technology used in food processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project execution across multiple facilities from design to closeout.
• Develop and execute 2–3 year capital master plans aligned with business priorities.
• Manage project scopes, estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Interface with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support site maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
