Job summary

i2G Systems is hiring a remote Engineering Coordinator to bridge executive operations and engineering workflows, providing administrative support to engineering leadership and managing project documentation.

You will coordinate cross-functional tasks, track milestones, maintain schedules and reports, and ensure timely completion of reviews, onboarding, and training. This fully remote role is nationwide in the U.S., with preferred locations in OH/MI/VA but open to all.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of blended experience in project coordination, technical administration, or executive support, preferably in engineering or construction tech.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and familiarity with project tracking tools is a must.
• Strong calendar management, multi-tasking, and document control in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering task requests and manage documentation through Smartsheet.
• Track milestones, deadlines, SLAs, and resource needs; provide status reports to leadership.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance and HR.
