Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project coordination or executive support in engineering/tech
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Strong calendar management and document control in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-suite and clients
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering task requests and track ownership
• Manage project documentation and deadlines
• Prepare meeting minutes and action items
• Provide dashboards and reporting for leadership
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and access
