Ladders is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to shape security architecture across enterprise and cloud environments, aligning solutions with risk reduction and resilience goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• One relevant cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSK, or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture/engineering with a cybersecurity focus.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of AI and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop security architectures for enterprise and cloud systems.
• Review enterprise security solution architectures for alignment with business security needs.
• Implement secure architectures to minimize organizational risk.
• Represent security requirements in global enterprise architecture discussions.
• Develop security standards with engineering and development teams.
• Deliver timely knowledge on security technologies and processes.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and risks in business strategies.
