Ladders is seeking an Engineering Product Manager (Remote) to own the strategy and execution for software licensing, trial provisioning, and infrastructure improvements within a complex technology environment. You will partner with engineering, security, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical dependencies into clear product direction and business impact, driving cloud and security integrations across the stack.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of product management experience in cloud services or SaaS.
• Experience managing software licensing systems at scale.
• Proficiency in cloud architectures and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Information Security software and SIEM systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Product Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will own the strategy and execution for software licensing, trial provisioning, and infrastructure-related product enhancements within a complex technology environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering, security, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical dependencies into clear product direction and business impact. You will also help drive integration efforts across cloud and security solutions while supporting scalable, enterprise-ready capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $194,600 – $285,700 annually
