Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations to optimize product availability and efficiency across the US and Canada retail fleet. You will lead in-store logistics, the RFID-driven inventory program, and the technology roadmap for POS and related devices.

You will manage a two-person team, collaborate with Loss Prevention and Finance, and drive omni-channel capabilities across BOPIS and Ship From Store while reducing shrink and improving customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management or retail operations analytics.
• Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint, data modeling, and financial acumen.
• Ability to present to executives and lead multiple projects.
• Collaborates across field, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
• Knowledge of retail processes and in-store service models.
• Experience leading direct reports or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee all in-store logistics processes including receiving and transfers.
• Maximize on-floor stock and product availability using RFID tools.
• Train and ensure compliance for inventory accuracy across sales floor and back-of-house.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Supply Chain for delivery cadence and carrier performance.
• Lead omni-channel capabilities including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Reduce shrink with Loss Prevention and Finance teams; address root causes.
• Develop inventory audit programs to mitigate risks before loss occurs.
• Guide in-store technology roadmap with Digital and Technology teams.
• Oversee lifecycle of in-store hardware including POS systems and scanners.
• Advocate for user-friendly tools that meet store operational needs.
• Lead and develop two Inventory and Technology Operations Specialists.
• Partner with Retail Training on change management and rollout training.
• Build relationships with Retail Operations, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders.
