Testlio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the team building the core platform capabilities used daily by clients. You will own technical direction, delivery, and modernization while collaborating with product management and AI/ML teams.

The role is fully remote with international scope, reporting to the Director of Engineering, and includes ownership of architecture and roadmap for key domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience in a remote setup.
• Hands-on experience writing production code and shaping architecture.
• Experience with LLM-powered or agentic features in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and delivery for core platform domains.
• Lead a team to design, build, and evolve agentic workflows.
• Modernize legacy services and ensure transactional integrity.
