TLNT is seeking an AI Engineer to own the technical product end-to-end—platform, agent infra, and internal tooling—building and shipping production-grade code. You will set architecture, align roadmaps with the CEO, and ensure system health while collaborating with strategy, creative, and technical partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software systems.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and shipping features.
• Strong architecture judgment with trade-off decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical product roadmap alongside leadership.
• Architect frontend/backend/data pipelines and AI features for the platform.
• Oversee AI agent infrastructure, tooling, and third-party integrations.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and ensure security/scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into specs.
