Job summary

Legion Intelligence is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Agentic Platform, a remote US role leading a team building agentic AI applications and platform services. You will drive engineering priorities across AI workflows, tool integrations, data infrastructure, and product development in a delivery-driven environment.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into architecture and roadmap decisions, while mentoring engineers and upholding strong

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• 2+ years hiring, managing, and developing engineering teams.
• Strong architecture and systems engineering background guiding decisions across apps and platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, model serving, MCP, tool calling, workflows or enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems, including Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers across agentic AI applications and platform systems.
• Set expectations for team execution from concept through production deployment.
• Partner with Product, Design, Platform Engineering and GTM to translate customer problems into engineering priorities.
• Establish patterns for agent workflows, tool integrations, APIs, deployment and inter-service communication.
• Guide architecture with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and rapid product iteration.
• Mentor and retain exceptional engineers; foster ownership and collaboration.
