Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed backend and frontend engineering teams.
• Strong observability or central control plane background.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of backend and frontend engineers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market to ensure successful observability collection initiatives.
• Guide architecture for Fleet Management, Kubernetes Helm Chart, and Instrumentation Hub within Grafana Cloud.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
