Qualifications

• Experience in observability or building a central control plane for fleets of collectors.
• Strong autonomy, customer focus, and ability to lead across time zones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop backend and frontend engineers, providing growth feedback.
• Collaborate with go-to-market, product and engineering to fit end-to-end experience.
• Guide projects from ideation through launch with high quality results.
