Qualifications

• Experience in Observability or building a central control plane that manages fleets of collectors.
• Comfortable leading a remote team with autonomy in decision making (technical or product).
• Strong communication and relationship management across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a remote team of backend and frontend engineers across EMEA and NASA.
• Collaborate with go-to-market to ensure customers succeed with Observability collection journeys.
• Align Fleet Management, Kubernetes Helm Chart, and Instrumentation Hub with the end-to-end Grafana Cloud user experience.
• Provide guidance throughout project lifecycles from ideation to post-launch, delivering high-quality results.
