Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and developing people.
• Clear, consistent feedback to direct reports on growth and performance.
• Ability to attract, grow, and retain engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the engineers on your team; provide regular, honest feedback.
• Partner with product, design, and tech leaders to set direction and priorities.
• Attract and retain strong engineering talent and build a high-performing team.
• Keep your team unblocked and moving by resolving ambiguity early.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups on integrations and best practices.
• Lead tier-3 engineering support for your domain; triage, resolve, and communicate root cause fixes.
• Participate in architectural discussions and design decisions across the org.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in products, tooling, and processes.
• Use AI tools to help your team work smarter.
