Job summary

Palo Alto Networks' Chronosphere team is seeking an Engineering Manager who will lead the distributed logging platform engineering effort. You will support a team of 10+ engineers, coach them, and ensure reliable delivery while navigating a complex roadmap with product and infrastructure priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 10+ engineer team, balancing roadmap and reliability.
• Partner with product and design to align on logging product direction and priorities.
• Drive delivery sequencing and day-to-day execution across product and infrastructure.
• Foster a healthy team environment and remove barriers to enable high performance.
• Own reliability and uptime of your product area in production and ensure scalable operations.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders on broader organizational initiatives.
