Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Engineering Manager APAC to lead a regional technical delivery team responsible for implementing Solventum Health Information Systems across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle. You will combine people leadership, technical judgment, and hands-on execution to deliver successful, supportable customer implementations across the APAC region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and significant experience in healthcare IT leadership.
Proven experience managing technical resources in customer-facing delivery.
Strong technical background across applications, integrations, security, and operational support.
Experience with enterprise healthcare customers and executive stakeholders.
Willingness to contribute hands-on to technical delivery when required.

Responsibilities

Lead a regional engineering team delivering implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and escalation support for Solventum HIS applications.
Provide technical direction across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle implementations, ensuring secure, feasible delivery patterns.
Mentor and escalate complex technical issues and delivery challenges with stakeholders.
Engage with customer leadership and technical teams to align on goals and risks.
Contribute hands-on to implementation work and review technical artefacts as needed.
