Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead multiple software teams delivering health-care claims and reimbursement platforms, with Java and .NET stacks, on‑prem and cloud deployments. This role guides architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement to meet regulatory and customer needs.

You will shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leaders, and Architects to ensure high-quality software and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 8 years of team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical supervision of one or more teams developing Solventum products.
• Assist with delivering enhanced functionality while architecting replacement technology stacks.
• Set technical direction and manage the team backlog with Product Owners and Architects.
• Mentor staff across design, prototyping, coding, testing and documentation.
• Champion Agile principles and drive innovation across the organization.
