You'll partner with product, design, and technology leaders to set direction, attract top talent, and ship meaningful software. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Clear, consistent approach to feedback and growth for direct reports.
• Ability to attract, grow, and retain engineering talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering production software across the full product lifecycle.
• Understanding of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the engineers on your team. Provide regular, honest feedback.
• Partner closely with product, design, and other technology leaders to set direction and priorities.
• Attract and retain strong engineering talent and build a team people want to be part of.
• Keep your team unblocked and moving.
• Lead tier-3 engineering support for your domain: triage, resolution, and root-cause fixes.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in products, tooling, and processes.
