You will partner with product and design, guide priorities, and attract top talent to the team. You will also drive technical design, oversee production software delivery, and explore opportunities for innovation across tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of developing people.
• Proven ability to build strong team cultures and retain talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering production software across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the engineers on your team with regular, honest feedback.
• Partner with product, design, and other technology leaders to set direction and priorities.
• Attract and retain engineering talent and build a strong team workspace.
• Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions across the org.
• Provide Tier-3 engineering support: triage, resolution, and root cause fixes.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in products, tooling, and processes.
