Stride, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers building our platform. This role is remote, open to US-based candidates, and focuses on people-first leadership to grow engineers and ship meaningful software.

You will work with product, design, and other technology leaders to set direction, attract and retain top talent, resolve blockers, and drive technical excellence across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience leading engineering teams and developing people.
• Proven ability to give clear, constructive feedback and grow your reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience delivering production software across full product lifecycle.
