• 5+ years of leadership experience in technology
• Experience building and leading global software teams across time zones
• Strong background modernizing monolithic architectures and cloud strategies
• Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and microservices
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams for application development and platform support
• Define and execute product and technology strategy in collaboration with product and design
