You will partner with product and design, lead across time zones, and own end-to-end delivery from concept to production, fostering high-performance engineering and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience delivering technology initiatives.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams across time zones.
• Expertise in AWS, cloud-native architectures, and API design.
• Proven ability to implement agile practices and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead software teams for application development and platform support.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other tech leads to plan and release.
• Own architecture decisions and drive scalable, resilient solutions.
