Responsibilities

Lead software engineering teams for application development and platform support.
Define and prioritize backlogs, writeUser stories, and drive timely releases.
Act as player/coach, owning solution implementation and architecting features.
Collaborate with product/design to align with customer outcomes.
Monitor product performance, collect data, and iterate based on feedback.
Drive 24/7 reliability and high-availability across platforms.
Stay current with GenAI and emerging technologies to inform roadmaps.
