Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience across global tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and rapid time-to-market.
• Collaborate with engineering to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and drive high-quality releases.
• Act as player/coach, creating solutions and owning the team for implementation.
• Communicate clearly across product, technology, and design teams.
• Meet with product partners and customers to understand needs and guide tech options.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate and improve.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable features for millions of users.
