Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior infrastructure leader to scale our self-service, multi-cloud platform. You will direct a growing team of engineers, shape architecture for core services, and drive cost optimization while maintaining high performance.

This role blends leadership with hands-on architecture and collaboration across remote and local teams. You’ll own design reviews, roadmaps, and adoption of SRE, DevOps, and GitOps practices, leveraging AI-enabled decision making to improve

Qualifications

• Experience in Configuration Management and orchestration tools.
• Experience with immutable architecture and distributed systems design.
• Experience in software development (Python or Go).
• Experience with large-scale Linux environments and cloud (AWS & GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD, TDD, Chaos Engineering, SRE/DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large scale core infrastructure services for service teams.
• Participate in retros, capacity and planning meetings with your team.
• Review and approve new design proposals from your team.
• Help plan the product roadmap and drive cloud cost optimization.
• Define and enforce standards for service deployments across multi-cloud environment.
