Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Experience with multi-cloud deployments and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication across remote and local teams.
• Proven track record influencing engineering strategy beyond your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large-scale core infrastructure services for service teams at CrowdStrike.
• Lead retrospectives, capacity planning, and roadmap discussions with your team.
• Review and approve new design proposals; drive architectural decisions.
• Plan the product roadmap and drive cloud cost optimization.
• Define and enforce standards for service deployments across multi-cloud environments.
