Avyanna Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to guide enterprise automated-testing capabilities and ensure delivery quality, with responsibilities across a federal program supporting the U.S. Department of Education and FSA.

Qualifications

12+ years of related professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, or related field.
Experience leading engineering teams on large-scale, mission-critical systems.
Proven ability to improve delivery with automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews.
Experience modernizing systems, refactoring legacy services, and cloud adoption.
Strong recruiting, mentoring, and accountability skills.
Ability to coordinate with product, design, security, and operations.
Eligible for U.S. federal background check and suitability.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams delivering large-scale capabilities with reliability and security.
