Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven experience leading teams delivering large-scale mission-critical systems.
• Experience modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews.
• Experience guiding federal/public-sector engineering efforts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams delivering large-scale, mission-critical capabilities with focus on reliability, quality, security, and stability.
• Improve delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, disciplined code reviews, observability, and repeatable practices.
• Guide modernization efforts: refactoring, architecture, cloud adoption, scalable platform patterns.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers fostering accountability and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with product, design, platform, QA, security, and operations to deliver predictable outcomes.
• Support sprint planning, technical reviews, demos, retrospectives, risk management, and delivery reporting.
• Provide technical delivery leadership across the ATT team, managing resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, delivery commitments.
• Ensure Definition of Done and acceptance criteria for reliability, security, testing, observability, and documentation.
• Coordinate inputs for government reporting, sprint reviews, transition activities, performance metrics, and risk escalation.
• Assist staffing, onboarding, workload allocation, continuity, and timely resolution of delivery issues.
