The role emphasizes meticulous document control, distribution management, transmittals, and quality checks across multiple workflows.

Strong knowledge of document management systems (SharePoint, ProjectWise) and MS Office is essential; prior EDMS experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, information technology, data management, or computer information systems is preferred, though not required.
• 5+ years' experience, requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• The Document Control Specialist will support and assist the management of engineering documents in accordance with government regulations and company procedures on various projects.
• The Document Control Specialist is responsible for processing internal and external distribution of engineering documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows, and preparing transmittals for document distribution, as directed.
• Other duties include reviewing and/or conducting quality checks of documents, as needed; configuring, updating and maintaining engineering document management systems and permissions; updating and maintaining various distribution matrixes
