Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Document Control Manager to lead strategy and execution of document control across large projects in the Industrial District. You will develop scalable processes and standardize workflows spanning engineering to turnover, partnering with engineering, construction, quality, and project management teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
8+ years in document control, records management, or project administration within construction/engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Lead document control operations across large, complex Advanced Technology projects.
Define and implement document control strategy, processes, and standards.
Drive integration of document management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and commissioning.
Oversee audit readiness, turnover documentation, and compliance.
