Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Engineering Director to own the build and delivery of healthcare technology platforms and digital products. You will lead onshore and offshore engineers, remain hands‑on in architecture, and champion AI‑assisted engineering to improve delivery.

This full‑time role reports to the VP of Technology and requires W2 employment. You will guide security, HIPAA compliance, and production readiness while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality patient‑care

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT design, development and support with end‑to‑end enterprise delivery.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership including distributed onshore/offshore models.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft development tools and languages (.NET).
• Extensive experience with cloud‑native architecture and Azure delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore engineers delivering healthcare platforms and digital products.
• Hands‑on solution architecture and design for complex distributed systems; participate in reviews.
• Drive engineering practices including CI/CD, testing discipline, and security.
• Champion AI‑assisted engineering by embedding AI tooling into workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders from requirements discovery to deployment and support.
