Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Engineering Director to own the build and delivery of healthcare technology platforms and digital products. The role leads onshore and offshore engineers and remains hands-on in solution architecture for complex distributed systems.

You will champion AI-assisted engineering, partner with stakeholders from requirements through deployment, and ensure secure, compliant solutions in line with PCI and HIPAA standards. This is a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT design and end-to-end enterprise delivery.
• 5+ years engineering leadership with onshore/offshore models.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft development tools and .NET.
• Cloud-native architecture on Azure.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Healthcare technology platform experience preferred.
• Strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore engineers delivering healthcare platforms and digital products.
• Perform hands-on solution architecture for complex distributed systems.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and release management.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering with LLM tooling and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders from requirements to deployment.
• Align platform solutions to roadmaps.
• Ensure security and data integrity for PCI and HIPAA.
• Maintain environments and production changes.
• Complete documentation and training; adapt to evolving needs.
