Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT design, development, and support with end‑to‑end enterprise delivery
• 5+ years in engineering leadership including distributed onshore/offshore teams
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft development tools and languages (.NET) and Azure delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore engineers, including hiring, training, mentoring and development
• Hands‑on solution architecture for complex distributed systems and reviews
• Drive engineering practices: code quality, reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, release management
• Champion AI‑assisted engineering with LLM tooling and automation
• Partner with stakeholders from requirements to deployment and operation
• Guide technology planning and investments aligned to roadmaps
• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels
• Ensure PCI/HIPAA security and data integrity
