Eliassen Group seeks an Engineering Director to own the build and delivery of healthcare technology platforms and related digital products. The role leads onshore and offshore engineers, remains hands-on in solution architecture, and champions AI-assisted engineering to enhance software delivery.

The director reports to the VP of Technology and partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, compliant, and reliable solutions that support interdisciplinary care for vulnerable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead onshore and offshore engineers to build healthcare platforms and digital products.
Perform hands-on solution architecture for complex distributed systems and reviews.
Drive CI/CD, testing, release management, and secure engineering practices.
Champion AI-assisted engineering with LLMs and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders from requirements to deployment and support.
Guide technology planning and investment to align with roadmaps.
